MC3R(黑皮質(zhì)素受體 3)是 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR)家族成員,具有七次跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)。它主要表達(dá)于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的下丘腦,也在胰腺、胎盤和免疫細(xì)胞等外周組織存在。 MC3R 在能量穩(wěn)態(tài)、線性生長、青春期啟動、晝夜節(jié)律及免疫調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用;其功能缺失突變與肥胖風(fēng)險增加、青春期發(fā)育延遲及身高異常等密切相關(guān)。 |
