鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶 C（GUCY2C/GCC）屬于受體鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶（guanylyl cyclase，GC）家 族中的一員，該家族的酶能將 GTP 轉(zhuǎn)化為第二信使 cGMP。GUCY2C 是一種在腸上皮細(xì)胞 頂膜上高表達(dá)的 I 型跨膜受體蛋白，該蛋白可作為內(nèi)源性肽鳥苷蛋白和尿鳥苷蛋白以及耐 熱大腸桿菌腸毒素的受體。GUCY2C 廣泛表達(dá)于結(jié)直腸癌細(xì)胞和其他胃腸道腫瘤， GUCY2C 的功能喪失或增加與便秘或腹瀉相關(guān)的幾種疾病有關(guān)，包括腸易激綜合征伴便秘 （IBS-C）和慢性特發(fā)性便秘（CIC）以及炎癥性腸?。↖BD）。 |
